Ixtlan Team belongs to the very top of Slovenian development companies, for which we designed a brand that tells the story of the company in a holistic and sustainable manner.
Lootip represents a sophisticated, yet refined and efficient design and is a combination of a symbol and typography of two colored parts. The colors in the logo are mainly used for companies in the IT sector, as they symbolize technology, purity and stability. The logo is implemented on all company documents, such as business cards, business folders, letterhead and other elements of the integrated graphic image.

The key task of the new website is a design that expresses the company's story and the way the digital identity is present.
The user experience was created based on the analysis of the profile of the target group. The site works transparently and maintains a thoughtfully laid out architecture even on mobile screens.
Employer Branding
A strong brand has extraordinary effects - among other things, it leads to higher quality applications for vacancies, reduces recruitment costs and increases the retention rate of employees. Employer branding describes the employer's reputation as a workplace and its value proposition to employees, as opposed to the company's overall brand reputation and value proposition to customers.
For the target group of potential developers, we created a concept of two illustrations, "Code Invaders" and "Native Coders", a series of high-quality hoodies.

In the process of its growth, the company moved here to larger premises and renovated them into beautiful, even award-winning, premises that speak of the company's success.
In the following, they wanted us to equip their premises with the image of the brand in accordance with the overall image of the brand, which will also match the new interior.
We designed the graphic equipment of the rooms in such a way that we still tell the story of the brand along with the story of the new interiors.
Statuette for extraordinary achievements
Ixtlan Team is one of the few top development companies that care about their employees.
The badges also clearly show the team who is the top member of this team and for this purpose we also designed, developed and produced a metal statue in the image of the Ixtlan Team brand, which was awarded to selected team members on a special occasion.
