The website of the Slovenia-transplant institute informs society about the organ donation system and procedures in Slovenia, encourages autonomous reflection and a voluntary definition for organ donation. At the same time, it provides an insight into the rich professional work and tasks of the Slovenia-Transplant Institute.

The website was created with the desire for the website to be a credible information map for users in today's media chaos. At the same time, it strives to loosen many taboos about posthumous donation and change the rigid paradigm understanding of death in modern society. In special segments, he addresses the professional, general, media public and patients before and after transplantation.

User experience and content

The website is rich in media, intuitive and provides users with a rich and pleasant digital experience. The content on the website is written with extraordinary feeling and empathy for the reader who has experienced the loss of a loved one or is thinking and deciding on the definition of donation. The "I want to define myself" button is unobtrusively constantly present on all pages. Professionally demanding procedures are explained briefly and clearly, and at the same time they open up additional content for the interested public for a more in-depth reading of a complex topic.
